Computer Aided Analysis and Application of Spherical tires

Abstract

Tires are essential for best performance of any vehicle, from the invention of wheel to till now there are rigorous changes and advancements in development of Tires. The advancement in the performance of Tires plays a key role in any type of vehicle. There are still many dark areas were cylindrical tire will never be able to compete, thus the introduction of Spherical Tires, due to its essential omnidirectional property it will unlock the new Generation Driving World, with help of 3d Design and modeling the limits and performance of these tires can extended to another level, due to the latest advancements of CAD and Analysis we will be able to clearly distinguish the difference between the cylindrical and Spherical Tires.

Tires are exposed to various harsh conditions on daily basis and they are to be maintained properly for best performance, and it can be destroyed by many causes such as high Air Pressure, Obstacles on Roads and others due to which a new Replacement is must and Compulsory. Spherical tire has huge Advantage over all these, as they have a Special Membrane of Layer which has a Self-Repairing Property, which will reduce the maintenance cost, with Advanced Manufacturing, 3D Printing and Design the limits of Spherical tires are confirmed.

Computer Aided Design and Analysis Plays a key Role in the Designing of Spherical Tires as one can only implement the product into the Production, after numerous Tests in which most are non-Destructive which can only be Performed by the Designing and Analysis application, the maximum Speed, Breaking Power and Impact Resistance are few Qualities can be Improved by the Computer Aided Designing. Spherical Tires use magnetic levitation in order to suspend the vehicle over the tires by magnetic field thus giving them a freedom of 360-degree Rotation, which reduces lot of Mechanical Components Such as Front and Rear Axial Driving, Auto Driving is one of the Advantage which will increase the Safety of the Passenger.

Thus, improving the Comfort and Safety of Passengers.
