Parking and Directions

The address of University of Bridgeport: 126 Park Avenue, Bridgeport, CT 06604

The Registration Desk and most of conference activities will be held in the John J. Cox Student Center.

The parking lot is right behind the student center and does not need a parking sticker/ permit.

Directions:

Because of construction on Lafayette Street, it is advisable not to use it. To access the parking lot, please use Myrtle Avenue.

  • If coming from Rt. 8 (South), please take Exit 1C (Prospect St/ Myrtle Ave). Continue Myrtle Ave for 0.5 miles. You will cross Atlantic Street, keep going straight on Myrtle Ave. You will see signs “Event Parking” that will direct you to the parking lot.
  • If coming from I-95(South), take exit 27B towards Harbor Yard. Instead of turning right on Lafayette St (this street has construction), please keep going through three traffic lights and then turn left on Myrtle Avenue. Continue Myrtle Ave for 0.5 miles. You will cross Atlantic Street, keep going straight on Myrtle Ave. You will see signs “Event Parking” that will direct you to the parking lot.
  • If coming from I-95(North), take exit 27 towards Lafayette Blvd/Harbor Yard. At the bottom of the ramp at the exit, turn right on Myrtle Ave.  Continue Myrtle Ave for 0.5 miles. You will cross Atlantic Street, keep going straight on Myrtle Ave. You will see signs “Event Parking” that will direct you to the parking lot.
